Ali Ilham, a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer by profession is someone who walks his talk. His passion for calisthenics and street workouts has given him an edge in his training and to be stronger in his game. Ilhaam’s washboard abs was not achieved overnight, but through hard work and dedication to a certain lifestyle.

Despite the constant beat downs from nay-sayers, Ilham is proving on a daily basis that working out and staying fit does not require a specific time and place, nor does one need access to fancy and expensive equipment. By overcoming the negative stereotypes of starting something new, he is now “flying” in the glory of his street workouts.

Real change takes place when you step out of your comfort zone. Real change takes place when you think outside the box. To apply that thinking in to practice may not be easy and may require one to question the very beliefs instilled in one’s mind. But when you do something radical and unpredictable that challenges the societal norm it helps to carry your aspirations to a whole new level. Be it to get on top of your league, or change the whole league altogether.
